The Body’s Wealth

Health and wealth are the two most aspired elements in a human’s life throughout. If we try to reach the roots, wealth will follow a healthy being with a fit mind. A robust torso is achievable by adapting good eating and regular exercise for the body. Our body is like a platform with our health being an entity on this virtual platform whose builder can be no one else than us. “Today’s eating habits will influence tomorrow’s health.” The food taken in not only swings the body’s macromolecular (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) statistics but also shuttles the doorway for many diseases. Now, it’s up to us whether to let the door open or close for the undesirable invader. An allegory for healthy eating is to always eat tasteless, fiber-rich, bland stuff. The verity is to balance the nutrition statistics with whatever you eat. Having a sweet tooth (lets consider the salty/spicy ones too!) does not mean that you can not eat much of your savory servings at all but having a limit set for yourself is what is required. Maintaining a diet/ nutrition chart, following it in strict sense, and then treating yourself when successful (make it light!) will surely let the targets achievable. Fitness is a very close kin of health and goes hand in hand. If we make it simple, a regular toiling of “our platform” is required. Setting it on wheels, making it work on right paths will prove to be an adjuvant along with good eating for a healthy being. But, watch out before you do! Knowing the exercises, planning it for your body (if you are extra smart do it yourself, if smart let the experts do it for you) and following it regularly makes you reach your goal. Our fit & healthy being is our precious wealth, let’s cherish it, and not waste it!!
